Parking in Freeman High School’s big lot has been a challenge ever since the start of turf field and track construction last spring. And while the trucks and materials have been moved, limited spot availability still inconveniences a number of students, particularly commuters.
Often by 8:40 the parking lot is completely full or limited to spots in the furthest corner. This, coupled with new rows being marked with yellow “T’s” to symbolize teacher spots, leaves many students out of luck.
However, students are now permitted to park in the spots along the tree line and in the row directly behind it, even if they are marked.
